By using Keel, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service and access
Keel is a personal portfolio operations tool for approved users. You must protect your account and sign-in credentials and must not give others access without permission.
2. Investment risk
Strategies, calculations, order proposals, and automated execution results shown in Keel are not investment advice or a guarantee of returns. Market movements, delayed data, connection failures, rejected orders, and slippage may cause losses. You are responsible for your investment decisions and the results in your connected accounts.
3. Automated execution
Automated trading operates according to the strategies and safety limits you set in advance. You must regularly review active strategies, trading limits, account connections, and emergency stop status.
4. Prohibited conduct
Unauthorized access, disruption of the service, bypassing security measures, and use of another person's account or information are prohibited.
5. Availability and changes
Some or all of the service may be interrupted for maintenance, market or provider outages, or security needs. Features and these terms may change when reasonably necessary.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, OddOrca is not liable for indirect damages arising from market losses, external data or brokerage failures, or errors in your settings.
